Bailey our driver made our visit in OCHO RIOS very enjoyable in spite of the inclimate weather. He was there when we needed him to go places between showers and guided us through some very bad rain Storms safely. In our group we had 11 people from the ages of 3 to 70.  The Dunn's River Falls was beautiful….....  The rest of us did not realize what we were getting ourselves into but we had really great time.  I wish we were not so rushed at the falls.  My sister stopped to get her hair braided which only gave us minimal amount of time at the falls.
 
The river tube ride was great.  Everyone participated and everyone had a wonderful time.  The guides were great.  My brother in law forgot his sunglasses at the stop point and our guide ran back to get them for him.  We all laughed and had a great time.
 
Jamaica was the highlight of our cruise.  We are definitely going to come back and see your Country.  We loved everything.  We even felt safe with the drivers.  Thank you for making Jamaica a day to remember.
 
I would like to see more time at the falls and maybe less time shopping, although Margarita Ville was great at the end of the day.  The kids played on the waterslide and pool while the adults indulged in Margaritas.  The whole day was wonderful.  Thank you very much for your hospitality and hope to return soon.

My group thoroughly enjoyed the river tubing.  The driver that picked us up and took us was very knowledgeable about the area and showed us many things that we may not have seen on our own.  The river tubing was awesome and we all loved it.  It was one of our favorite things to do, and very reasonable.  We had an EXCELLANT time at Dunn's Falls. The driver was polite, funny and kept us amused. He went above and beyond when he went down to the bottom of the falls because my mother couldn't go up the stairs. The nurse who was at Dunn's Falls was also GREAT. All though this act of kindness made us late the driver was calm and cool. We then went tubing which everyone enjoyed, the guides were great with everyone ages {27 to 60}. They even let us jump off the cliff. They took pictures which we were happy to buy. All in all an excellent memory for all of us.

Thank you for your e-mail requesting my comments on the tour in Jamaica.  I did find your representatives at the Port very helpful and accommodating especially since I requested a change in my tour.  My husband and I were booked to do the Falls and an island tour but since he had felt ill during the previous night he decided not to risk going.  The rest of my family and friends had booked to do the Falls and horse riding so I asked if I could change to accompany them rather than doing the other tour on my own.  Your representative was most helpful and arranged for the change and also did not charge me for my husband's booking, for which I was grateful.  Unfortunately there was some problem regarding the horses so they offered us the tubing excursion instead.  I personally was quite happy about that since I am not actually keen on horse riding.  It was good fun (and I am 71 years old!) and the two young Jamaicans who accompanied us down the river were attentive to ensure there were no problems. 

……it was an enjoyable day and well organized by your company.

Our tour was great. The man that met us at the port (I’m sorry, I did not get his name) was wonderful.  He explained that there were not enough Horses for all of us to ride the beach and gave us the option to split up or to do something else.  He suggested the tubing since we were such a large party and it worked out wonderful. Everyone had a great time. Our Initial Driver was Daniel... we was amazing, he talked about the local and the island the entire time, gave us very interesting facts and made our visit special.  The young men that took us tubing were wonderful with the kids and made it quite an adventure. Our excursion in Jamaica was much more enjoyable with the small and more personal tour we received rather than what we would have gotten through the cruise ship. Our driver was available to take us right away even though we had gotten off the ship early and were prepared to wait an hour until the time of our excursion.  What a pleasant surprise!
We would definitely recommend using Jamaica Cruise Adventures.

Thank you for the follow-up email. We really enjoyed our tour with Cruise Adventures. As we were planning our excursions, we looked at the excursions offered through Royal Caribbean and saw a horseback riding excursion and a Dunn's River Falls excursion, but they were listed and priced separately. Their horseback excursion was similar (at least the way they described it) but riders were required to wear helmets the whole time and life preservers during the ocean ride. Royal Caribbean's also cost a little more just for the horseback riding.
 On the Cruise Adventure excursion, we weren't required to wear helmets or life preservers, but were given the option to wear the helmet if we wanted, which we didn't. The guides were very helpful and patient, even with those of us with little or no experience riding a horse. We liked how the guides would provide some history of the areas where we were riding. It was difficult to hear since my wife and I were at the back of the group. Sometimes, the second guide, who rode closer to us, would fill us in on some of the details we couldn't hear (but not always). I'm sure we missed a lot of interesting information, but the ride was still an adventure. Our drivers were very good as well. They were helpful and informative. The first driver was willing and able to provide us with a lot of history of Jamaica, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The younger driver was entertaining and very helpful. He was exceptional in making sure we were well taken care of.
 When we were reunited with our cruise friends and family onboard the ship, we learned that they had all climbed Dunn's River Falls with groups from the ship. They were complaining how crowded it was and how slow it was. Our experience was quite different because it was not that crowded when we went and we could pretty much go at our own pace.
 We enjoyed our tour very much and have made us greater believers in finding good companies like yours to book our excursions. You have better prices, better service, opportunities that are similar to the cruise ships, and at Dunn's River Falls we had a better experience than those who booked through the cruise ship. Our daughter went on a cruise two weeks before us to the southern Caribbean and booked all of their excursions through private companies like yours and had great experiences. These are the kinds of positive experiences that help future cruisers decide to book their own excursions rather than use the cruise ships.

I am delighted to tell you about our experience. We were a little nervous when we got off the boat but when a driver got us it was okay. We went to a place called Hooves. The man in charge was Mr. Chang and he was wonderful. The guides we had were Desmond and Patrick, were incredible and made us feel so comfortable. I was somewhat hesitate to book tours on the internet, but it worked out great; your agency met all expectations.  When we arrived at the terminal, it was easy to locate your representatives.  They directed us to an area to board the bus.   And oh yes, our guide was outstanding -  pleasant, polite, helpful, informative and a joy to travel with.  I am terrible with names but hope you can track this individual by date, time, tour location, etc.  Give him our compliments and reward him accordingly.
