After you have submitted your request, someone from our reservations department will contact you A.S.A.P. (within 8 hours) by email with an availability notice. Prices are subject to change without prior notice so it’s best to reserve as soon as you have identified the excursion of your desire!
In order to confirm a reservation, after we have sent you an availability email, please bear in mind that you will need to make a credit card deposit.

1) All reservations must be made at least two (2) days prior to the date of your tour
2) Our tours operate regardless of the weather – rain or sunshine (but with your safety in mind)
3) We DO NOT REFUND for late disembarkment or no shows!
4) Reservations are confirmed on the condition of availability of space
5) All cancellations must be submitted to us in writing at least three (3) days prior to your tour to receive full refund.

After you have made your deposit we will send you a confirmation voucher by email which will have instructions for meeting your guide/driver, the deposit amount, balance due at the beginning of your tour and details of your tour and tips.

safeguard your data. Jamaica Cruise Adventures does not see your credit card
details at any time and the information is not stored or held by us in any
way.
Please Note: You are only going to make a deposit to confirm your reservation and hold your space. The balance is to be paid at the beginning of your excursion by cash or travelers cheques only.
