Q. Why are your tour prices so much lower than those on our cruise lines?
- A. We are a small company with less overhead and work directly with the tour operators.
Q. What happens if I'm late in disembarking the Ship?
- A. You may inform one of the J.T.B. dispatchers at the Pier that you are doing an excursion with Cruise Adventures and they will contact your driver at the holding area to start your tour. Please have your confirmation voucher with you and present it to your tour operator.
Q. At what time and where do I meet you?
- A. A confirmation voucher will be sent to you by email with your meeting time and other important information related to your excursion.
Q. When does the tour begin?
- A. All tours for Cruise Ship passengers begin when you are picked up. It is important that you arrive at the meeting point A.S.A.P. as this will allow you to have more time for your excursion. If for any reason you would like a different pick up time, please have this stated in the section that says comments on the reservation form.
Q. Will I get back to the ship on time?
- A. Jamaica Cruise Adventures has up to date information on all Cruise Ship arrival and departures into the Ports of Ocho Rios and Montego Bay. All our tours are customized with the Ship's arrival and departure times in mind to assure your timely return.
Q. How are we transported?
- A. Our passengers are transported by a fully air conditioned J.T.B.(Jamaica Tourist Board) approved Car, Van or Bus depending on the size of the group, all our drivers/tour guides are also approved by the J.T.B.
Q. Can my group and I all fit in one bus and stay together?
- A. Yes. Please contact us at info@cruiseadventuresja.com to make special arrangements for large groups who would like to travel together. We have buses that seat up to 29 persons comfortably.
Q. At what point can I be sure that I have a reservation?
- A. Jamaica Cruise Adventures will email you a confirmation voucher. If you have not received a confirmation voucher within two days of your request, please contact us at info@cruiseadventuresja.com
Q. When and who do I pay and is full payment required?
- A. A 25% deposit is required to reserve your space on an excursion and the balance is required at the time of your excursions, which should be paid directly to your driver/ tour guide.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
- A. We presently accept all major credit cards through Paypal. We never see your credit card information when you book online and the information entered is not stored or kept by us in any way.
Q. Do you have group specials?

Q. Can I arrange excursions when I arrive at the Cruise Ship Pier?
- A. No. All reservations for excursions must be made 48 hours in advance. A 25% deposit must be made to confirm your excursion at which point you will be sent a confirmation voucher be email.
Q. Is lunch included in your excursion package?
- A. No. Lunch is not included in our excursions.
Q. What happens if my ship is unable to dock in Port?
- A. You will be fully refunded your 25% deposit.
Q. Do you do customized tours?
- A. We do customized tour for groups which would be different from one of our pre packaged excursions. Please contact us at info@cruiseadventuresja.com for details.
Q. Do you have a cancellation and refund policy?
- A. Yes. You will be fully refunded for cancellations made 3 days or more prior to your scheduled tour. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by replying to the original email and confirmation sent to reserved party email address. Cancellations due to "illness" at the time of excursion requires a certified medical certificate from your ships Doctor. This can be present at the time of your excursion or faxed to us at (876)795-4282. No refunds for late arrivals or no shows. All tours operate unless certain special conditions require cancellation for your safety. Your safety is our priority.
