This is a great adventure tour which begins when you are met by a friendly driver/guide at your cruise ship pier or Hotel in Ocho Rios and taken on a brief ride to the outpost area. At this point, you will be greeted and briefed by our guides and given gears.

Next you're taken on a trail leading into the interior of the Island to experience the Jamaican wilderness and natural beauty amidst dense woodlands and ferns. View the rugged terrain with endless mountainous vistas. The tour continues up to Murphy Hill "Ochies" highest peak. You'll be overlooking Ocho Rios entire picturesque shoreline, with a view of 30-40 miles of incredible landscape, 1800 feet above sea level. Refreshing drinks will be provided to you at this point. Next we will head down the hills to the world famous Dunn's River Falls, you may climb or just view the beauty of this 600 feet magnificent modern day wonder that has challenged and fascinated families for generations. Your tour includes admission to the falls and transportation to and from your cruise ship port.

Dunn's River Falls is the number one tourist attraction in Ocho Rios and one of Jamaica’s natural treasures. It has a truly remarkable atmosphere, within the layout there are beautiful cascading falls, which is a great pleasure and challenge to all visitors.

For those who do not want to climb, but prefer a less adventurous experience, the beautiful impressive sights and views of the falls alone are worth it. These visitors may view the action from the adjacent stairways and the beautiful surroundings all to the sounds of gushing water on the falls. Dunn's River Falls and park consist of a beach with water sports activities, a Craft Market, picnic areas and Food Court, but the main activity is climbing the Falls - which is a fun group activity!

The Park requires that you wear (Aquamarine) water shoes to make this wet but easily navigable climb. If you don’t bring your own they can be rented or purchased on property.

If you do not want to continue your climb at some point during the journey or would like to start at a particular point on the falls, there are several points along the way of the adjoining path that you can easily access the River.

Over decades Dunn's River Falls has offered millions of explorers an instant connection to nature but also has concessions such as Blue Mountain Coffee, hair braiding and Baskin & Robins.

You are not finished yet! at the end of your climb you are taken on a short 15 minute drive about two miles inland for another adventure - River tubing on the white River.

When you arrive at the White River, you will be briefed, placed one person to a river tube and with two experienced river guides who head groups of 5-15 persons at a time down stream. If the group is smaller, you will be provided with one guide to every five tubes. The river tubing guides are fun, very helpful and attentive as you go down stream, they will help you to have fun but always with your safety in mind. Life vest are also available for those who prefer these and there are changing rooms and bath rooms at this point. The tubes are filled out with a bottom which helps you to enjoy your journey.

On your trip down the river you will go through seven rapids and placid pools. The tropical scenery is amazing as you glide down stream on this 45 minutes to 1 hour journey. This is a trip that you wont be forgetting anytime soon.

There is a midway stop as you go downstream where you will have the opportunity to stop and swing on a rope and fall into the river which is about 20ft. deep at this section before continuing down stream in your tube. Your guide/driver will safeguard your belongings while you go tubing.

After you are finished, your driver/guide will then take you back to your cruise ship, the Island Village shopping centre or Tajmahal shopping centre which are both walking distance from your cruise ship pier. Here you may do some shopping for souvenirs at the Hard Rock cafe, Harley Davidson Store or go do the pool slide at Jimmy Buffets famous Margaritaville.
